Please note that processing times may vary during high-demand periods, holidays, or promotional events.
U.S. Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping: $8 USD for orders below $100 USD.
- Free standard shipping: orders of $100 USD or more.
- Express shipping: $15 USD.

International Shipping
For selected international destinations, available carrier services and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates, when available, are shown at checkout. Processing time is separate from transit time. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Customs & Duties
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on their country’s regulations.
LUEL is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Shipping Information
